Alan Freiberg is the former owner and Founder of Elk River Kennels, Elk River, MN.  He has provided boarding, training and has sold puppies throughout the world.

Alan has trained many types of dog breeds for many types issues and personal reasons for his clients. He has trained therapy dogs, companion dogs as well as many hunting dogs, hunt test dogs and field trial dogs.

Alan started to train dogs as a 21 year old. In 2018 he is 57 years old.
