You rock Rachel and thank you for talking about such an important topic and helping our beloved furry ones 🐾
Thank you so much for this information Rachel. It is fascinating. I could easily listen to the “5 hour rant” you threaten us with! I’m always looking for new ideas about healing and you brought some really thought provoking ideas to the webinar.
Rachel, you are a most entertaining & engaging speaker, presenting a “nasty” subject in such an easy to understand manner. You demystified the BIG C, a dreaded experience that I just recently had with my beautiful rescue dog who was diagnosed with oral cancer end of Sept. & who had to suddenly be euthanized a couple of days after Thanksgiving 2 months later when he took a turn for the worse & it was discovered that the cancer had eaten a large whole where the tumor was. How I wish I’d known about you during those scary, stressful, exhausting 2 months of very little vet support in what to expect caring “hands-on” with holistic treatment using Traditional Chinese Vet. Med. herb compounds. At the end I kicked myself for being overly optimistic, thinking that we could beat this, with a dog who was unbeknownst to me prior, 12 yrs old when he was diagnosed, & therefore 9 yrs old when I adopted him. I deliberately ignored the increased estimated age each of the 3 vets tacked on to his age, who based their estimates ONLY on the horrible condition of his teeth & gums, a dog who was witnessed as being unceremoniously pushed out of a car at a local park. Now I know that doing my best to not let him “see” my despair WAS a good thing, I wish I’d known about using CBD to keep the brain in disco-party mode. My Elliott’s BIG C was my first dealing with the condition, I was hoping to get through this lifetime unscathed, your amazing presentation put it into a much more manageable realm for any cases that I might face in the future, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you Rachel for harping on all those toxic scented things. It’s been a pet peeve of mine for years (pun intended). Prevention will always be better than cure. Years ago a great vet said to me “Cats are only a foot high. Everything in the environment falls down to their level. They walk in what we put on the lawn and track into the house and they don’t wear shoes” he was ahead of his time but I listened to him
I didn’t have pain. They caught a very aggressive breast cancer very early from a mammogram
My dod took my cancer from me. I wish I would have known they could do that and how to stop it.
